Steel Tornado Hangfires

Sometimes my nightblade will be fighting a big bunch of pirates (or whatever) and her steel tornado attacks will be significantly delayed. Sometimes five or six seconds. And then several of them will happen almost at the same time. The delays can waste stamina points, can create a situation in which somebody else gets a chance to horn in on my fight (resulting in gold reward reduction), and can even cause the death of my character. Maybe the reason is lag. But it should be Looked Into.
