Does it only procc on concussion, burning and chilled? Or any of the following status effect according to the ingame explanation, a friend said a buddy of his had tested it with bleed, wich it did not procc off of. Can we get some clarification?

✭✭Our tank in our vka hm group had said that the (bleed?) dot from the last boss' attacks actually procced it. We tried testing many skills to see what activated it. He said it made a large difference because block, dodge roll, etc were all 25% cheaper.0 -
