    Yoln + galen + tremorscale
Yoln give minor courage when u taunt
Galen give 40% dmg to light/heavy attack when u block, this is a must since most dps come from light/heavy attack ( 100% uptime )
Tremorscale reduce target physical resistance by 2400 since this patch physical pen is worst ( 90% uptime if u taunt right )

In this video i use yoln + galen + 1 bloodlord embrace, block with icestaff, 13k hp tank ( monster set is optional but yoln + galen is a must )

Alkosh not worth it anymore ?
Also is it 7 heavy? Or 5/1/1

Galen is better than Alkosh, Alkosh can be used by dps since dps cant use galen to block attack from boss ( stealing taunt )

For tank yes 7 heavy, ignore those 7% penalty from magicka attack, with CP increase amount of block, this penalty can be ignored

It depends on what content you want to complete, what your group setup is and if you pug or not

Yolna is certainly a set you do not want to remove.

As a secondary set I would choose Powerful Assault or Olorime. Drake is also pretty nice, havent tested it yet but having Major Heroism with more Ultimates seems helpful.

Personally I am still using Alkosh, because I am out of transmute gems and will wait till cyro campaign ends to get the 50 transmute gems for each of my 9 toons. Will probably move to one of those mentioned above. But Alkosh still works.

As for monster set, there still is no clear answer. If you have magicka DDs in your group, Tremor is useless and better slot Engratis. If you have stamina DDs, use Tremor. If you want survivability , use Warden. Since I am stuck with Alkosh, I use Lady Thorn to self proc it and have high uptime (i pug often and cant rely on their synergies).

Hmm, what skills from assault would you use to proc for Powerful Assault other than warhorn? Also many healers run Olorime already.

@PaddyVu , thanks for sharing the relevant video! This isn't meant as a criticism at all, but a legitimate question:

Do you find those main buff trackers useful?

I totally get the Warhorn tracker, separate little S'rendarr aura for Yolnahkriin cooldown, etc., but that horizontal row of a couple dozen buffs which constantly shifts around seems impossible to make sense of in any useful way. You might be the first person I've seen use that style on PC (where we have so many options vs. console). I have to ask, is there a method to the madness there? Is there some trick to that I'm unaware of? Or are you just kind of "eyeballing" the buffs/debuffs to see if the total number of them looks right? :P

There might be more to it, but mostly because Light & Heavy attacks were nerfed (losing CP that buffed them) Empower is more valuable than ever. Empower was always good before, but we're trying to make up for lost damage output now and Galenwe provides a good avenue for that.

Caltrops. Very nice CC ability that both slows down trash mobs and debuffs.

As I said, it depends on your group.

Never been a huge fan of Alkosh the whole thing is reliant on synergy and require you to boost your weapon damage in the current patch. Also none of the 4 pieces benefit the tank... If you can't get good uptime on it (less that 80%) forget about it or go necro tank with Lady Thorn so you can pop 2 of your own synergies.

If your group need the extra penetration I've found Crusher infused Torugs much more reliable same with Tremorscale.

For trials I gotta agree with the Tremor-Galanwe-Yolna setup.

Other options are Powerful assault (boost dmg with Horn/vigor to proc)
Ebon (group health) and Akavari dragonguard for faster Horn.
If you need ULT regen Arkasis or Drake's.

For 4 man content you can go with whatever YOU (the tank) personly enjoy, and what YOU need unless you're trying to score push an Arena of course.

Galenwe stay the same but empower has changed. Now empower last for 3-4s and can use unlimitedly light/heavy attack during that durations. Empower previous patch only buff 1 light/heavy attack

It's not really as black and white as people are making it out to be.
    What are you running?
    What is the group composition?
What is the other support running?
Are you main tank or off tank?
Is it a trial or 4 person content?
Are you running hm or not?
All of these things will factor into bis.
    Meta is dependent and relative.

    Galenwe
    Powerful Assault
Alkosh (if stamina DPS in group)
Behemoth (if magicka DPS in group)
Tremorscale (only benefits stamina DPS, none for mag dps)
Lady Thorn (helps maintain high alkosh uptimes)
    Olorime (mainly for 4-man content)
    Worm Cult (situational)
    Earthgore (selfish for vCR portals)
    Drake's Rush (for 4-man content)

I echo the lists already provided. I would also add that I find PuG runs (especially bad ones) to be a bit easier with Winter’s Respite and Leeching Plate or Ebon. You could back bar WR (jewelry & ice staff) front bar LP/Ebon (body pieces), and then run DSA s&b for a nice heal.

Yeah, I was thinking that Ebon might not be needed anymore since dps have more health.
    Unfortunately, I don't have DLC/ESO+

Doubling up on minor Aegis is always a feel bad.

I might go back to using Dragongaurd actually.

Wearing healing sets seems off to me, unless you are always running with 3 dps.

It seems pretty nice for runs with 3 DDs where you dont have healing orbs and shard synergies from the healer.

Well, one of the mag DD will probably toss mystic orbs, anyway.
And since both orbs AND shards share the same cooldown, and since orbs can be synergized with by the whole group, it's usually enough. Shards would be redundants.

Still , if you have trouble to sustain, it can help.

For my Dunmer DK I was thinking about:
Yoln on the backbar (procs off Inner Fire)
Drake's Rush on the front bar (procs off Bash)
Bloodlord's on the body (procs off Bash)
    Lord Warden as monster set

    Setups for stam groups:
    Tremorscale as monster set
DSA S&B (instead of Bloodlord's) for the self-heal and resistance
