Mother Ciannait Endless Visual Effect
The visual effect from the Mother Ciannait never goes away for the wearer once it procs a few times. Others only see it for the amount of time that it's up for. Removing the monster set doesn't get rid of the visual effect either and some people have said it even stays with fast travelling.

It's been this way since Icreach was released... not only does it not go away (not even during load screens) it can stack multiple times causing a very intense light... which is funny at first, but then when you realize that your plasma tv has suffered bad screen burn and you can still see it when you turn off your TV... then yeah... the funny whimsical feeling subsides and you come to the realization your TV is scarred and you have to get it fixed...0
