Modded from: https://alcasthq.com/eso-magicka-necromancer-build-pve/ (I have all the gear exactly like setup 1) and I've dropped in Inner Light on both bars. Here's the gear:
Molog Kena heml + shoulder
Burning Spellweave (inferno staff back bar + ring + 2 light armor)
Mantle of Siroria (lightnight staff front bar + 3 light armor)
Necklace + ring of Medusa
I keep liking this more and more. Start on back bar, drop unstable wall (+490 spell damage for 8 seconds), flip to front bar, 2 LA's (+560 8 seconds, starts Siroria at +52-520 for 10 seconds). After that m rotation kinda gets wonky, so I'm working on skills that might complement. What say you all? Good or garbage?
