Disappearing/bugged furnishing

I encountered a bug with furnishing "Crocodile skeleton, complete" (it was a luxury furnishing from few months ago).
It was previously hanging under ceiling of my victorian pharmacy and i saw its no longer there - i went to retrieve tab and was able to pull it back to inventory, but when trying to place it again, the model is invisible and message "furnishing faliled to be placed" appears.
Has anyone encountered this problem with disappearing stuff? Any idea how to fix it? I've submitted a ticket, but looking at zos poor communication and no willingness to help i doubt they'd do anythign with it, so im asking on forums

You may want to bug report it as well as adding your pics to that thread

I haven't had any furnishings disappear, but I did have one duplicate itself.

I purchased a Craglorn Coffer, Ornate from the Luxury vendor. I placed it in one house, removed it and placed it in a different house. Several days later I brought it back to the first house and placed it in a different spot. A few days later I logged in to find 2 of these... one in the first spot and one in the latest.
