Werewolf Abilities on the non Werewolf Ability Bar?

Is it possible to slot Werewolf Abilities, like Hircines Rage for example, on ones frontbar or backbar?
To clarify: Not normal abilities on the werewolf bar! Vice versa.

I tried to google and some Youtube Video suggest it is so, but I do not have enough time to try out in game or do thorough research.
Thank you in Advance!

Yes, and it is also a nice way to level the skills without using the transformation (say, turning in quest).

To be clear, again: I do not wish to use the ability. I know I can't use it, actively.

But my question is can I utilize the passive for just slotting it? Hence the question: Can I slot it?

Oh ya I guess you can slot it but I think the more slotted you have the quiver everything levels so I don’t know why you wouldn’t just transform and level it up in a public dungeon.

It was mostly for back when it was much harder to keep in form, a fixed cooldown on feeding and more plaguing the form, as well as the 1k ulti cost and the inability to do things like cc break. Good times.

You can slot them, but can't use them, obviously. You do get the passive buffs, though. I.e. slot Hircine's Bounty for Major Brutality if you're too lazy to use Momentum. For Major Savagery, Expert Hunter from the Fighter's Guild skillline is the better choice.

For several reasons. One example is you can do the daily pledges, then before turning them in, slot your WW skills on a bar so you get the XP when you turn in the quest. Or if you are doing crafting writs. Or if you are doing the Harborage quest line and can swap skills before turning those in. Pretty much any time you know a big XP drop will occur, you can do this.

Agree. I also recommend the morph of Camouflaged Hunter in case you can hit from behind

Major Brutality has much more easily accessible sources than slotting Hircine's Rage.

Like others have suggested, Camo Hunter from Fighter's guild is a no-brainer for solo stam builds unless you want to chug potions (and thus gold) all day. I'd even go as far as to say the skill is slightly too overloaded compared to class skills. The Fighter's guild passives alone give you 3% weapon damage plus you gain 3 ultimate for killing ANY enemy while slotted, on top of 100% Major Savagery uptime and Minor Berserk when flanking an enemy... Makes one wonder why Nightblade skills even exist when this thing does everything better. Even Magicka builds are using Camo Hunter now in places where you might not get Minor Berserk from a healer, like Asylum Sanctorum.

Yeah well, I know all that. My Intention was to find out, wether I can get Major Brutality on a Stamina Templar without having to use Two Handed Weapons. Dual Wield is Meta now and every cast of a skill, that isn't Jabs, reduces DPS by a lot. Hence the wish to slot a passive ability. And yeah, Camo Hunter as well, of cause.
