Maintenance for the week of March 3:
• PC/Mac: No maintenance – March 3
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 4, 6:00AM EST (11:00 UTC) - 4:00PM EST (21:00 UTC)
• NA megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 11:00AM EST (16:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 16:00 UTC (11:00AM EST)

It would be great.....

If we could avoid having maintenance 3x a week during Australian Prime time. Australian's are real people too you know.....

I feel if it is really necessary to be more than twice in a week then the Americans should feel some love and have the down time during their prime time.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you have to endure, but it's a business that is headquartered here in the U.S., so their business practices will reflect as such. Downtime will always be inconvenient to some people & it's not practical to think that they should "spread the misery" around to appease a smaller segment of the player base.

Sarcasm? Amber Plasm is hot again now that it's one of only 19 sets that are fully functional in Cyroland.

Oh wow, I didn't realise it was the "norm" for Americans to start work at 4am.....

It's the norm for them not to work at that time, of course. 4am-7am Eastern (1am-4am Pacific) means the vast majority of the US will be asleep during downtime, hence minimizing the interruptions for the US.

If they pulled it back a few hours it would only impact prime time in NZ

Surely Australians are more worthy than the Kiwis, push it forward I reckon. 10AM EST sounds about right.....

Yeah 100% to be honest, they could at least stand to spread the time around if they do this. I feel as an ESO+ player that I'm paying for a product I don't even get to play, because it's right in the middle of prime time.

I think it goes the other way? 1am EST is 7pm NZ time.

I understood it just fine the first time, thanks.

As was explained, there is a business reason you are inconvenienced, and while I'm sorry you get the short end of the stick, a US-based company is highly unlikely to change its methodology to spread the inconvenience to its US customers. Them's the breaks.

It very simple. They do maintenance during a time that impacts the least amount of players.

Guess where the majority of the ESO population resides?
