Hey, I've received a few comments from my guildies that their expired guild store items being returned. Is this happening to anyone else? One lost his items a week ago, still pending actual arrival. The other, it has been two days and still nothing. Is there anything they can do to remedy this situation?

I’d suggest having them file support tickets (with /help, not /bug or /feedback, which don’t get a response).

Support should be able to look into it to see what’s going on and replace the items if they were lost in transit, so to speak.

I’ve been getting mails back with my expired items, so I had assumed it was working. I’ll try to keep a better eye on whether anything’s missing.

Yea I recommended they do that but you say bug doesn’t get a response? I’ll let them know to do it under help.

Yes, if they use /bug or /feedback, it goes right to the developers without a response. Great for letting them know about problems, but those reports never get an acknowledgment other than the pop-up window that has the reference number.

To get a response from Support, use the /help function, where you can specify something like "character issue". (They will sort it to the right place if there isn't really an accurate category.) Best of luck!
