This, its more likely they knew the dungeon well and was farming some set.

I think she meant that after seeing nothing higher than CP810 for so long (despite what anyone's actual CP was), it looks a bit different to see higher numbers now-- like when you have to get used to seeing and writing a different year after New Year's Eve every year. It's just that you're so used to seeing something that when it changes you might feel an impulse to do a quick doubletake the first time you see the new version.

I did a rN today and saw all 900+ as well, which is definitely different from the past. I'd say 90% or more of rN's I've done in the past 2 months are filled with sub-300 players. My guess is everyone's out to push up their numbers now that we've seen what the CP system "wants".

oooh look dual wield increased to level 30! so yah it's cp 920 but skills need leveled and shards gathered i have 7 out of 10 finished on this account

It's also possible that the people with twice the "experience" are worse at the game than someone with much less.

The reality that XP and talent/ability/experience have no direct correlation is not a new concept, do we really need to drag that through the mud here? the point of the OP was that more higher-CP folks appear to be doing random normals than even in the recent past. I'd agree ... not a good or bad thing, just a thing.
