Need actual help

So I'm looking for a guild that can actually help me in a timely manner with dungeons. And let me be clear here. Dungeons, NOT trials. I need to get gear for multiple toons out of both DLC dungeons and non dlc dungeons. And I'm talking vet. I need monster sets and weapons.
Yet every guild I find that, "helps players with builds" just likes to give advice on what I need and never helps me get into these places to get the gear.
So does anyone know of an active guild that I can join, where I can get on, say I need to farm this item from this dungeon, and will get willing, capable players to help me out in exchange for the same courtesy?
