Found the quest by accident in front of a delve (not spoiling it for you adventurers) As it's a prologue, wasn't it supposed to appear on the Crown Store? I may be going blind, but I swear I could not find it there.

✭I think that this quest isn't supposed to be in the game yet. They usually don't release the prologue quests until closer to the chapter release.0 -

✭✭In the past few years, I've definitely done prologue quests and had people saying it's not even supposed to be out yet. Isn't that odd. It is like they are leaked on purpose before being officially announced.0 -

✭I did not see this quest being announced, true. That is why I was so surprised to find it in the wilderness outside a delve! Then I went to the Crown Store to see if it was showing there (and it wasn't) so I'm not sure if it's a bug or feature.

Read the bug report, the location is probably faction dependent.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.0 -

I tested and got the quest with AD, DC, and EP characters off that same location. Further along the quest, with non-AD characters, you'll be sent to other spots.PC-EU1
