So, bloodsucking builds are pretty much inviable in PvE by now and "critical" is not that much of a thing in PvP, so why make this set
as it is instead of the other way around. Why not increase critical values when we're above the thresholds instead of below them? What kind of warrior has more precision when they're bleeding to death? They can't see well, they can't move well, their dexterity is affected and the pain messing with their concentration... anyway, you got my point... I hope
Now, look at
Kinra's Wrath. ANOTHER set providing Major Berserk to stamina players and an almost meaningless Minor Berserk — after all, healers should be providing Combat Prayer — to those around the wearer. Other sets with this buff we, Magicka, don't have, are
Heem-Jas' Retribution,
Sithis' Touch and
Unchained Aggressor. While the last two are somewhat a niche, Magicka only has such a boost in Storm Atronach, which is bound to a class or whoever synergize it (if, synergize it).
Magicka having at our disposal
Medusa or
Mother's Sorrow is, relatively speaking, minimal when stamina-players have
Arms of Relequen,
Berserking Warrior,
Bloodrinker,
Briarheart,
Defiler (and the list goes on and on and on...), and if you go down the road, even
Gryphon's Ferocity is almost a counterpart for what we have. And all that without mention armour's passives without a SINGLE negative effect!
