Twitch Drops! quantity awarded discrepancy

The twitch drops page states quantity "3" for the number of crates awarded for the last two events. Personally I was only awarded 1 crate for each. Any chance of getting this fixed?

Could the third one be for the drops campaign that started yesterday at 6 PM and runs until 6 PM today? Have you logged out and logged back in to see if you have a crate waiting to be opened?

1 crate awarded. I've logged in and out of the game a few times at this point. On the drops page is says claimed "3" from 2 days ago, but 3 were not given.

Same for me, and the last time I got none at all, and Twitch “support” is no help, worse than useless as they just sent me the FAQs, which is just insulting.

I just checked the drops page and didn't realize there was a Bethesda stream on the 9th from 11am-2pm. It wasn't listed on the ESO stream page with the March 8 @ 6pm - March 9 @ 6pm. So I missed that completely. 🙄

Me, too! And I've missed other Bethesda ESO streams because I didn't know about them. I don't always keep apprised of the Twitch schedules like I should.
