Weapon Enchantments Cooldown Bugged

If a player has a weapon enchantment on each weapon both enchantments will trigger simultaneously from a single light/heavy attack and weapon-based skill. With infused weapons and torug’s pact set this is creating a situation similar to the one a few years ago.
