PC/EU Dungeon quests reset, no reward for random dungeon, epic loading times, server lag, crashes...

... welcome to new update.
90% of my dungeon quests have been reset, whenever I enter dungeon I have quest again despite having done it before on any given character.
Loading screens take approx. 30-40% more after update.
Crashes when loading into city or dungeon or simply travelling through wayshrines.
Ping jumping to 999+ more often than before update.
FPS jumping from 1 to 120 (lol).

Awaiting my reward for random vet dungeon that I completed several minutes ago and have not received anything (10 transmute crystals is not something I will forget easily especially with insane cost for reconstruction and transmute of gear traits). Made a ticket but system "forgot" to send copy to my email so no number.

    UPDATE:

    My ticket number is 210308-004884 since I got email with confirmation after like 2 hours.
    I am worried, though, that support is not really up to the task. I would like to have my undaunted reward sent to my mail in game as usual, rather than answering questions support asked me (yes, for real): what was that item I am missing that I bought in crown store. REALLY?

    I am getting several crashes per day now. Completely random. Once I was typing in zone chat, another in a dungeon with a group. I get the debug dialog and the usual "this account is logged in already" when trying to relog. This started yesterday after new patch dropped, prior, no issues after they fixed a similar problem last time. Frustrating this is happening yet again. :|

    Anyways, according to support that finally managed to read my ticket with understanding, I did receive 10 transmute crystals from random vet but oh my God, I think my math is broken because I can't see them anyways, also have nothing in my mail and i keep my mails :D and I count them pretty strictly. Great job, honestly, as a former client support employee for one of big companies I am astonished how such poor client support can function in ZOS. This is slap in the face of customers.
