This game makes it hard to Enjoy doing Content in Chronological Order!

I'm trying enjoy the game content starting with the base game and such. Loved how the hooded person shows up and such. But now every time I go in and out of big towns I have not just 1 but like 3-4 diff npc's chasing me down trying to get me to do their prologues I'm guessing for other DLC's and Chapters. But the problem is they do it none stop over and over not once a day or week or anything like that but every time I go near their trigger points being setup perfectly to the well traveled locations.

That is not a bad idea. Can I hide it so I'm not reminded about it none stop in the quest log mostly the right hand side? Even with mods is fine.0
