Charging Assault totally broken.

All my characters worked for hours to get the Alliance War skill Charging Assault. It no longer works.
1: Before if you had a skill slotted then put Charging Assault on it's slot, it would automatically work when you mount your mount, then revert back to the skill when you dismounted. It no longer does that.
2: When I hit the skill while mounted, my speed does not increase at all.

1) that's an addon doing that, addon is probably broken.
2) major gallop was removed entirely from the skill and put as a passive, you now automatically have major gallop whenever you mount if you have the passive. I don't remember which it is.1 -

I read the patch notes, but didn't recall the specifics on this because I figured it was a passive I would be taking anyways lol0
