did i miss it or were the two markarth motifs (the silver tribal one and the other vampire one) not included in this update.
ZOS has this terrible design idea of excluding content for an update so that you will go back and re farm it later, and this should have been the update that markarth got those motifs added, but i didnt read anything in the patch notes.
and can we maybe get rid of this custom of not including motifs till an update later, everyone is done with the content by then.

That’s exactly why they go back and add it — they know people have moved on from the rest of the content, so they add incentive to go back afterwards. Just like adding dungeon motifs after people have farmed the loot and achievements.2 -
