Make a seperate campaign for no proc sets

The test that zos carried out sure was a success but does it really need to go on for another 6 months, can't zos just make a campaign that disables proc sets instead of forcing everybody to take part of this event. This really kills build variety and theres so many things I want to test out but can't. Imperial city is too small and dead, battlegrounds has no cp. If you want to know what the community thinks then make 2 seperate campaigns with proc sets enabled and disabled, see what the majority goes to and make it official. This could be a situation where the minority is loud.

Umm actually the test was no success. Not even close. They thought the lag comes form all the cecking going on in the background and disableing proc sets would reduce this checking alot however it turns out the background checks don't produce the lag.
Actually performance got worse during the tests.

And while the community said for long time that they want these cheese damage procs removed that surly didn't mean every damn set but 19. But I guess removing every set is easier than looking at each one and deciding^^

oh my bad i meant that people really liked it not that it improved performance. And yeah some proc sets are pure cancer they could have just tuned it down. Lol zos is just being lazy.
