Ok... there a few issues with the new house, minor ones but the volume of them makes it a tedious hassle.
First, there's hidden furnishing item that shows up on the retrieve tab, marking it on the map places it out by a Markarth gate guard tower, well beyond the distance achievable with the editor.
Second, the Dwemer wall reliefs that came with the house were placed backwards, with the less detailed side showing.
And third, virtually every single piece of furniture that came with the house was either sunk into the surface it was placed on or floating above it whether it be floor, table, or an architectural element of the house, it appears using surface drag also causes this with anything placed in the house as well, making furniture placement even more of a fiddly and tedious task.

✭✭✭✭Wow, I wonder what the hidden furnishing item is. I’ll have to look next time and see if I have it, but I got the unfurnished version. I was unhappy that so many of the furnishings were Solitude instead of Dwarven.
There are wall reliefs? Are those the craftable ones or something that is part of the house?
