No procs and my ult is still broken

Removing procs hasn’t fixed the issue with ults not firing.... Ults are kind of an important part of gameplay, y’all might want to fix that...

It's also not fixed the bug with them double firing sometimes if you strum the ultimate key which is even more annoying when you happen to be on the receiving end.

be happy your character atleast is to stuck into death in animation of spawning blastbones like templar toppling charge for good year and then still years not working properly :v with still so high chance you will still be stuck in casting animation fo this skill with wasted resource and time but atleast ability to cancel this animation to not be stuck into death in it
