What does the Golden Vendor offer this week?
The Adhazabi Aba-daro is a special ESO vendor that only appears on the weekend to offer a random selection of gold jewelry (2 from dungeons and two from zone items sets), two monster set helms or shoulders (pledge dungeons).

1. Tzogvin’s Ring– Robust 250,000g / 500,000AP
2. Caluurion’s Legacy Ring – Arcane 250,000g / 500,000AP
3. Ysgramor’s Ring – Arcane 150,000g / 300,000AP*
4. War Maiden’s Ring –Arcane 150,000g / 300,000AP*
5. The Troll King’s Shoulders– Infused / Impenetrable (Light, Medium, Heavy) 100,000g / 200,000AP
6. Nerien’eth’s Shoulders– Infused / Impenetrable (Light, Medium, Heavy) 100,000g / 200,000AP

If someone is so invested into PVP that they have no interest in doing PVE content, then why would they even need a set they cant use in PVP?

I think the comment made was criticism of proc sets no longer working in cyrodiil until later this year.

Is Tzogvin's worth getting for PvE?

I'm not sure if it's still popular on live, or on PTS. Big thanks if anyone has some insight

It's a ok DPS for PvE but its like 5 or 6 on the list, much better options first.

Next patch itll have higher crit then most crit sets excluding beserking warrior.

It's also good for a PvPer in PvE since it saves us the burden of using Barbed Trap

War maiden is one of the best sets for mag NB & Warden since their skills are mostly magic damage (gold set gives +600 spell damage to magic damage abilities)

However zos must be trolling us with the caluurion set which is one of the best proc sets in game at a time proc sets are disabled !

I believe the +600 doesn't scale with percentage increases to spell power.

1. Is that correct?
2. Are there any such increases left other than Major and Minor Sorcery?

It does scale with major sorcery.but its also. Disabled in cyro atm

I wish that shoulders were not included with the gold merchant. It's annoying when you wait all week and you get something you could have bought with the millions of keys you have at the undaunted enclave. Wasted week

wouldn't put it past them if performance started tanking in there, and people complained and they disable proc sets in bg's in IC lol

Actually it s one of the best weeks for the golden vendor (even for Tsogvin and war maiden alone) and this thread becomes a whining festival for PVP proc sets.
There are already a bazillion other threads out there on that topic!

If War Maiden does scale with the sorceries that helps.

It can't really be single-barred, but that can be OK in group content. (Solo I always have a mythic item and a monster set, so I want two single-barrable sets.)

Also -- light attacks are getting net nerfed in Update 29, right? (No offset to the loss of Staff Expert.) That adds to the value of War Maiden slightly.

I am PvE player who want to get monster set without need to run vet dungeons. I have got enough AP from MYM in BGs so....I am waiting

I don't know... I like War Maiden (and Mantle of Siroria) but sustain is so hard nowadays that looks like I'll have to submit to False God's Devotion

The Golden Vendor should be moved to pve zone, where people can use the items from it.

Give us different rewards for Ap.
