It's time to put all ESO players through the same gauntlet. Reduce the set options in PvE to the same sets that are available in PvP.

Well, my only complaint is tanking a boss and i have 2-3 maw's blocking my view

None of the trial guilds have been complaining about performance in end game trials? ....most have left game or radically reduced play time due to performance in PvE. Maybe they could get those players back by reducing set options in trials and PvE land same as they are saying it benefited cyro. ✭✭Lol, PVE sets dont affect other players. They only affect... NPCs.
PVP sets on the other hand affect other players. If you think builds like the immortal, unkillable Werewolf where the streamer himself confesses he cannot be killed but also do dmg at the same time while doing NOTHING are healthy... No, they are not. All those builds that could take on a server are history. Immortal ball groups are history. So many BROKEN sets that made pvp look totally unbalanced are history. Everyone bleeds and dies now as they should. Skilled players still remain a step (or many steps) above the rest. Only immortal, unkillable machines do not exist anymore and unskilled players who only LA and let proc sets do the rest.
ZOS should add no-proc sets campaigns alongside the basic ones so that everyone is satisfied.6 -

Most PvP'rs want the game to perform as advertised and/or as it used to perform.
Performance is not better with no proc sets, it's worse. We'd be fine with any set combination so long as performance resumed at an acceptable level. ✭high end pve players are already limited to a strict numbers of sets, as high end pve requires you to be in meta in order to complete it. So you either use the meta sets which are a limited number, either you won't be able to do high end pve.
same goes for pvp, if you want to play on high end pvp you gotta use the meta sets, otherwise it doesn't matter what you use as long as you can't win anyway-PC EU- / battlegrounds on my youtube1 -
