Two games on one single account

I had an account that i bought the game through the website. This was also a beta access account.
When i decided to return the ESO after 5 years i logged in and linked it to my steam account.
With the same steam account i recently bought a new copy from Steam and now both of them shows at under the old account.
When i download and try to play through steam it logs on my old account and shows my old characters.
Is there a way to seperate these accounts?
I submitted a ticket about it but is there any way that i can solve it?
P.S : I wasn't able to unlink steam because i forgot my security answer (5 years tho lol)

    Question Reference # 210305-002036

    This was my previous ticket.. I've got no response from my latest ticket. Now I have got my secret answer and unlink my Steam account. Also I've changed my email but got no verification email on new email adress. Extension is @hotmail.com
    Also I want my Steam version of the game removed form the website purchased account.
    Long story short i wanna play with 2 accounts but I've got 2 games in one account. Even if i login from the ESO launcher or the Steam launcher it logs in the same old account.
