My ESO+ got renewed, but I haven't received any crowns (resolved)

Usually ESO+ in my experience get renewed the day before it runs out, and I can see in my bank account that about 35 euro have been taken via Steam yesterday (March 3 2021),
but instead of the new date, it still says that the next payment is March 4 2021 on Steam (Usually from what I remember they change the date right after taking the money)

I am still an ESO+ member according to in game, and I have access to things such as the craft bag, but I haven't received my crowns

Is this an issue with Steam in regards to the billing date, or an issue with ESO itself?

My experience is that on PC, without steam, this happens instantly on renewal date and time (one of my accounts renews at about 10 am US MT, the other at about 10:30 am US MT).

I don't use steam so can't help you there.

give it a day or two.
i canceled my sub then after 3 months or so i resubbed.
i became eso plus and got the crowns the next day.

if money went out from your bank account then you should get it

it you still dont get it contact support

Oh. The other thing is, a friend of mine who plays over steam always has to log completely out of game to desktop then restart the client. And occasionally she's had to shut down her machine and cold boot then restart the client.

Steam keeps itself open in the background so you may have to force close it by right clicking the small icon on the taskbar (or find it in task manager).

My ESO Plus got auto-renewed through Steam at the end of the year, and I got my Crowns pretty much right away as I recall-- although there may have been a delay that I didn't notice, because I wasn't exactly watching it anxiously. But when I logged in on the first day of the year (which was the first day of my annual subscription), my ESO Plus Crowns had been added to the Crowns I'd bought a few days earlier during the holiday sale.

Thanks for your responses, I guess whomever controls the ESO+ was just slower than usual because I did receive my crowns this morning
