Kyne

(2 items) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery
(3 items) Gain Minor Aegis at all times, reducing your damage taken from Dungeon, Trial, and Arena Monsters by 5%.
(4 items) Adds 4% Healing Done
(5 items) Casting an ability or drinking a potion that applies a Major Buff on yourself or a group member creates a pool of Kyne's Blessing for 4 seconds. You and group members standing in Kyne's Blessing restore 420 Stamina and Magicka every 1 second. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.

Hollowfang

(2 items) Adds 784 spell critical
(3 items) Adds 1032 Max Magicka
(4 items) Adds 784 spell critical
(5 items) Whenever you critically heal or critically damage a target, spawn a ball of Hemoglobin at their location. After 2 seconds the ball explodes, restoring 2376 Magicka and applying Minor Vitality to you and your allies within 6 meters of the ball for 9 seconds, increasing their healing received by 8%. This effect can occur once every 9 seconds.

=================================================================

Hollowfang is better because of the easier proc condition. Also hollowfang larger and more noticeable animation not to mention there no worry about people getting the full resource and buff. Adding on top of that is Minor Vitality that makes this just top of the line.

Here's my proposal @ZOS_BrianWheeler instead of Major buff to apply this how about minor buff. I say minor buff because most healer support skills are minor. It makes it unrealistic use on cooldown trying to do major. Also please consider increasing the radius or make the buff still apply after walking out of it. Hollow gets full resources and a buff still have walking out of circle.

    It's just straight up a bad set. Everyone knew it when it came out, and no one uses it now.

    Its basically Symphony of blades design <Multi-hybrid sustain>.

    Only done way way way way way way way way....

    ....

    way way way way worse. Would have been better with Olo based design <Small circle> with Olo based proc conditions <Tanks could proc it as well even while tanking for instance>.

    I tried this set in trial as magnb and magtemplar healer and it is not as bad as it seems. Ring is pretty big, hard to miss and it is really easy to proc if you use degeneration. Where is this set good? In semi organized groups that stack close, but with mixed composition between magicka and stamina dd. Where is it subpair? In progression or scorepushing groups, since there is better options. Where is it bad? In craglorn pug groups with no voice chat or any coordination, half the group usually scattered all around so sets like kyne or olorime hard to land on everybody anyway.
