Since a few weeks I am having an issue with the alchemy writ.
Every time I do a daily writ, the game claims that items / traits are missing. However, as I clearly show in this video here, the items are there and I can create the item.
I have been writing with Customer Support about this. The whole experience with them is frustrating to say the least. It seams to me, that whatever I write to them, they don't read it.
