I honestly don't understand Zos' choices. No one had asked in the forum for the return of Frostvault Chasm, but here it is in the March showcase. Many people had asked for the return of Tel Galen ... and we still do not have the slightest news, nor perhaps hope. Ok, let's continue to hope...

I and a few others wanted lakemire as well. There is an old saying in retail "for every customer that complains there's 10-20 that don't say anything" lots of complaints here. Zos change your policy back with customer service helping customers. That will ease the bottleneck some.

I do like Lakemire, and it is in my wish list. But we are running the Tribunal Event... so we expected Tel Galen for March Show-Case. Many people have been asking for it long since...

? Never said you shouldn't get it? I said I and a few others wanted lakemire(month to month to month) are you saying we shouldn't hope to see it? Or that with the tribunal your disappointment is more? That with the tribunal logically you should have gotten yours and lakemires don't even hope for a bone? Or are you saying that especially considering the event you had REALLY hoped zos would add yours? I do agree that staying with a theme would be nice but we can all still hope to see "our" house. Not really sure where you were going with that. MY post was about changing the policy back with customer service to ease the bottleneck that's brewing.

I hope that all the homes people would like to purchase make a return over the course of the year! I and I think many others had gotten our hopes up for Tel Galen returning during the Tribunal event since it’s been two years and I think was last available during a Morrowind event before I started ESO, alas. So while I would have been happy to see it any month, these past two months I had more hope and so the disappointment is the keener.

I don't know why they take items away (well, I do...panic buying) it would be more customer friendly if everything was listed in the store.

I think they're getting better this year. We've seen more Crown Crate season and House returns in the past 3 Showcases than in entire years before, lol.

That said, yeah, for all the digital content ESO has for sale, they probably sell the least of it for any MMO. GW2 rotates its items regularly, and often does discounts and returns of old content. They currently have their March sales event where they bring back several new things every day (today, they returned and discounted 17 items - and that's just the first day of their sales month), and they also have Anniversary Sales (every year on the release anniversary of the game) and Black Friday sales. That's in addition to the seasonal rotation of their stock.

ESO couldn't even be bothered to sell their stuff during Black Friday, when every other retailer does. If they're not selling their stuff during international sales events, when will they? And if they're not going to sell Tel Galen during a Morrowind celebration, when will they, really? So yeah, very valid questions and disappointment from the playerbase, I hope people do get what they're waiting for!

Agree with the posts here about customer (or lack of) service. It's the number one bugbear for me with this game. They just seem so stingy.

Overall a better showcase, but im not "excited" at all. Just 2 optional things for me:

- If those weapons project a glow out like a light source will instabuy. Please make them bigger than the current standard of a tiny circle under your feet.
- Im dreaming that the delvanni mage outfit has a large chest window for females. If it does, would be tempted as i just rolled a sorcerer and having a blast. Not even serious about thinking this might happen though.

They should get a clap for trying this month though. Better than the last few which had nothing interesting and no clap.

Its interesting that in game one of the first things you do as a cosmetics junkie is go around larger towns looking for people who have already bought one to see how it looks. I've seen hardly any of the showcase mounts or outfits bought, except for a rare success. Don't they want to make more from the crown store? Its like their feedback / sales results engine is broken or has no effect on what actually gets produced and offered.

But I do agree that more releases are better than fewer. At least it looks like they're starting to get in the swing of rereleasing thigs, but letting them out at a trickle is still not as good as having huge blowout sales of 3+ year old stuff. And that's to say nothing of the datamined stuff that's disappeared (where's that Bard personality?) or the NPC only things (give us our #@$% hairstyles already!!!).
