Monster shoulder style drop chance

Should I try my luck with the dungeon specific coffer (5 keys) or outright buy 50 keys style page directly. Searched fot the 5 key option drop chance. Anyone know the drop chance from 5 keys coffer?

I don't know if anyone's gathered enough data to share reliable % chance info, but either way you're at the mercy of RNGsus. Sometimes I'll get the page by the third key, but other times it'll be 10+ before I get one.

If you want or have any use for bonus shoulder pieces for their own sake, go that route; otherwise, just buy the page and skip the gamble. Gambling for the page might save you a few keys now and then, but overall I'd bet the odds are against you.

Dont know about the dungeon specific coffer but I know the random coffer (1 key/coffer) is usually less than 50 keys. Havent gathered the data, other than that I have spent over 50 keys on random coffers twice and I have collected all the style pages so far.

Going from memory, I think the 5 key option comes from only two specific dungeons. Then of course you can get a drop in either light, medium, or heavy.

It’s been a while since I opened one, but I think it’s a better deal than the old way.

I think I still used about 25 keys to get the specific monster shoulder and weight that I wanted. I didn’t care about trait because I can easily transmute that.

5 key should give you an 1/6 chance for preferable shoulder and weight.
However we suspect some of the loot tabled are weighted so some favorite sets drop more rarely.
Stories of people opening over 10 five key boxes and not getting any of one set its an less than 1/1000 chance for this.

Oh - do the style pages come from the same coffers that the keys open? I thought only the shoulder armor did.

The shoulder style pages comes from the same coffer that dungeon's shoulder armor drops.

Yeah, as Deep said above, you can get the Style Page from the coffer that the corresponding shoulder comes out of. BUT, it's an RNG battle; you only have a (slim?) chance. You can take your chances at 5 keys a pop, or skip the gamble and spend 50 to buy the page outright -- hence my recommendation above to only buy the coffers if you also want the shoulders.

And this only applies to the style that's currently in the rotation, in the Crown Store (so, Rkugamz right now, I believe).

Am I correct in thinking that the Style Page you can get is limited to the one that currently in rotation? As in, you can only get the Rkugamz page right now? Or you're saying you can you get past ones as well? (I stopped buying coffers long ago, so if I'm wrong it'd be good to know.)

50 keys for a style page??? No way I’d do that, it’s just cosmetic.

Sorry it’s been a while since I used keys and only did the 5 key option a few times.

The only time I've spent more than 50 keys going with random coffers was for the Earthgore shoulder style, and it was because I hadn't realized that they had changed the requirements to clearing the Dungeon on Veteran for it to drop, and I hadn't done that yet.

Only the one that is in currwnt rotation drops and only when bought from the Undaunted whose dungeon it is (you can recognuze it easily by the 50 key stylepage he/she is selling) Past ones eill reappear perioidically but otherwise you wont get them.

Once you are at the same point as I, sitting with 1500+ keys and without any monster shoulders left to collect, these are very good purchase.

this might actually be somehow tied to the dungeon achievements? I remember they said once that clearing the hm once will increase the drop rate of helmets. Possibly also for shoulders?
