Game Crashes to a Black screen

This happens to me at least once 2-3 a day. The Game Wud crash to a black screen and then Music continues to play in the background and i gotta Control Alt Delete and end the eso Task. does this happend to anyone else? what is it? is there a fix for it? thanks

i already submitted a ticket into this issue and they sent me the same thing you sent me. I went threw it all step by step and still am getting same crashes. And still getting same frames per second drops after an hour playing.

I get that exact same crash. It never happened until the last update. Over 6 years in this game and nothing like this until recently.

I've been able to reduce the crashes by micro managing my GPU in the NVidia Control Panel. The black screen issue still occurs but sometimes not for many hours. Once it occurs I have to restart my PC otherwise the black screen crash happens again and again.

oh i havent made it yet on the website. i havent done that yet. i was just making a general post about it seeing if anyone else have been having this issue
