Off the top of my head.

Light armor, Spinners, NMA, with Molag Kena; all infused SP jewels, front bar shock glyph, back bar infused spell damage glyph.

Backbar LA, front bar LA, into the usual magsorc combo.

Also, throw everything into Master at Arms and Spell Erosion cp for maximum burst.

Edit: I'd use power overload, so might also invest into the light/heavy attack cp. (Staff master? Idk)

Pvp? Or pve?

For pvp and recent tests i would go alfiq (5/5) ancient grace (3/3) willpower (2/3 -staves) 1x domihaus and 1x swarm mother. For resources (no-cp) 3x potion cooldown reduction and 3pots.

For pve something light clever alchemist + mother's sorrow? I dont know because i dont play pve at all
