Xbox Live service down on February 25th - unable to collect rewards or do events
I was unable to log into Xbox Live for most of the 25th of February (2021). I couldn't log into Xbox Live, and thus, not ESO, either (since you need to be logged into an account to play).
I imagine others had this problem as well, and I would humbly request that for the month of March (2021), you either replace one of the days rewards (something we already have too many of, such as Crown Poisons) with 5000 gold - preferably at the beginning of the month... or increase an amount of gold you may already be offering us by 5000 (or more)... since I (and I would assume, MANY others) lost a day of collecting, if they were unable to log into ESO before the day's reward reset.
Also... because I had to go to work, since I couldn't log into the game earlier in the day, because of the aforementioned problems with Xbox Live... I would also request that the current event be extended by one (1) day, to make up for the day that was missed. When I tried to log in earlier in the day, it was to do the events to get the event tickets... getting my daily rewards is something I just do when logging into ESO, so I got hit with a double whammy when I couldn't!
