Any help with Access Codes?

Been downloading games to new computer.

When trying to open my newly downloaded ESO I got the dread need ACCESS CODE not recognized machine, so been waiting almost 24 hours for the CODE.

Checked the spam/junk/trash folders. Then the next step...change the email used in account... and need an another ACCESS CODE for that.. and you guessed, no CODE.

Submitted ticket, # 210225-003746. Now I find I can't reply to it, to get to a real person.... help.

    We see that your ticket received a reply, what happens when you try to reply to the latest response that is preventing the email from being sent? Is there a specific error message that you receive?

    I received the reply and on trying to respond the message simply will not be sent. Had this happen a few days also with other correspondence. So seems a problem with outlook.

    So I tried to change email address again to gmail, but needed access code and didn't get one.

    So the game and the account codes are not reaching me. But, email is.

    Well another day without access codes.

    Still can't logon on new computer.

    Any help out there?
