Function to allow resizing of rugs.

It would be really useful to have a mechanism to resize rugs. In some cases a rug I would like to use is too big or too small. I also have situations where I have used a smaller rug and would like to have a larger area rug or a runner of the same design to tie everything together. Instead I am stuck with trying to find a different style that doesn't clash with the overall design I am trying to accomplish in the room.
While I'm at it having the ability to die rugs would be nice. For me just being able to change the predominate color would be sufficient. It would be a great way to expand the die station and if limited to those colors would provide an added incentive to completing achievements that reward die colors.
