Finished Bad Man's Hallows but showing incomplete on Zone Achievements

Hi. I completed Bad Man's Hallows last week but it's still showing incomplete in Glenumbra Zone Guide. I've successfully completed the three Bad Man Achievements: Group Event, Vanquisher and Conquerer before finally slaying the Bad Man Dremora.
Does anybody have any suggestion as to why this Achievement remains unfulfilled in my zone Log?

✭✭I have the same problem on an alt. 100% cleared, quest completed, yet the dungeon stills shows as incomplete on both my map and the zone completion thing.
Also, the upper part is no longer accessible, I port straight into the dungeon part now.

CassidyCreechub17_ESOSoul ShrivenI'm having this same issue, Kwuong. No luck with returning, no NPCs to speak to. I defeated the Bad Man, completed the quest and got the reward, and have nothing in my quest log to even troubleshoot.0
