We need skins for Sorcerer Pets!

Anything from textures to entirely different Daedra, there’s no way it would even take that much time to throw that up in the crown store, please @ZOS_GinaBruno, my matriarch, Steven, is begging you for new fits!

somebody wake the "monetization" team at ZOS.

Also my WARDEN summons (bear, jelly, etc.). Willing to spend cash now to change jelly to a circling raven, or pack of ravens, etc.

I want to be able to turn my twilight matriarch into a nixad pixie healer. Seriously. And she would be MUCH less obtrusive as well.

It's amazing to me that Zeni doesn't cash in on pet skins for Sorcs and Wardens... they could even do a Necro skin if a player wanted their mage/archer skeleton to always look like a certain race (I like seeing different ones myself).

Give us spides, wolves, dwarf netches (because netches are so huge) for our bears to become.

It's interesting how they added a skin for the bear and never made this a new customization option.

I don't know why they don't cash in on this. I would love a dwemer or clockwork city inspired skins for my Sorc pets. Keep the lightning effects just switch for some steamy friends.

Gimme Dwemer Automatons and Fabricants, if I cant have a Dwemer Artificer class, then gimmie skins for summons and abilities so I can make my own.

This one want senches instead of bears.
Note you could always turn to default if they get confused with the mob in an dungeon.
This is an issue with default pets some places already but mostly in delves.

For some trolling run the skeleton polymorph in delves and public dungeons with lots of skeleton enemies.
More fun use it on last boss in Blackheart Haven especially if you ran an easy to spot character to this point.

I would support skins for certain spells, however, I can also see from a UI perspective why this would become difficult to manage - as well as from a themed perspective. I would like to see it, but my sense is that it would have to be implemented very carefully, and it will never make everyone who would like such things happy (and certainly not those who oppose the idea).

As a nonpet sorc main I would like an invisible skin for pets or a 3rd morph of them that does the same damage but doesn’t summon them.

I'm pretty glad that we don't have different skins for spells/summons etc, except for the warden bear collector skin.. The game would quickly become a huge mess to look at, more than it is already

I totally agree, what would it look like if suddenly there were twilights in all the colors of the rainbow flapping around the crafting tables... and clannfear and bears on the top.

I've come to assume that they have never changed the pet skins because it could act as a sort of camouflage in PVP. Everyone knows what the scamp, bear and twilight looks like, but a player saw a wolf or a nixiad or whatever they might not know it was a pet until it attacked and people would be crying it's unfair and demanding them banned in PVP.

That's my guess at least.

TBH sorc pet models looks outdated. Don't know why such feature isn't implemented yet, for so many years ppl asking for it and nothing. ZOS could've even add new pet skins for some hidden 'quests' or achievements for getting Dwemer pet skins for example...

Not sure why this isn't a thing yet. They practically introduced it with the Morrowind chapter.

I only assume it is due to one of the following:

1. The draw speed on models being faster if their is only a handful of options.
2. PVPer would throw a fit if they couldn't immediately pick out a scamp, twilight, clannifar or bear as being part of a PCs entourage.

So my guys is PvP and server performance is why it never happened.

I'm not sure why PvP is always a reason for these things. Easy enough to turn off skins in Cyro, but different color or even model pets aren't any more distracting than the multi-colored towel-wearing dude with a jester's hat you see in every battle. I'd be more important to be able to identify a player's class when fighting them than the pets they have. Most Cyrodiil players I know actually avoid using pets as they are difficult to control and just let the enemy farm up some ultimate lol.

I think the reason they wouldn't include this is because other classes other than pet classes would not have costumization options at all...

I mean, what could they do? Rainbow templars? ... Actually, that could be dope
