So I'm running calurrions and flame blossom and in cyrodill they are going off just from going past people that are fighting not actually engaged in the fighting myself which makes ganking kinda difficult

The 5th piece bonuses of those sets are not functional in Cyrodiil right now:

Makes me wonder if they didn’t mess something up on console while trying to prepare the PC patch for certification.
That or the lag is just so bad the procs are going off prematurely to try to compensate...1 -
