Quest Markers Disappearing

Since the last maintenance patch, my quest markers/locations have been sporadically disappearing. When I take a quest they appear, but if I leave the zone/enter a delve/enter a new quest area, they disappear. The only fix I have found is to relog. Has anyone else had this problem or could it be an addon issue?

CordelliahSoul ShrivenOk so I disabled all addons and played some quests. The bug is still occurring.0
