How do some guilds have fully furnished guild houses with crafting tables, stones, etc.

I'm the guild master of a new guild and have been part of several large guilds that all have a completely furnish guild house with all the crafting tables, stones, bankers, and merchants. How long would it realistically take to acquire all of this for my own guild bank. Is there an "easy way to do it that wouldn't involve me trying to do everything myself and utilizing the help of my guildies?

You can edit your threads by clicking the Cogwheel icon next to the thread title above.

Regarding the post, getting all craft stations is an expensive, long-term goal.

You can ask your guild to pitch in with donations - if they have master writs or crafting mats they don't need, you can put them towards the guild goal of getting the next scheduled set of crafting stations. If you need fundraising, you could do weekly raffles for a money pool and divide it between the winners while keeping some % of it for the guild. If you're not a trading guild with a trading spot, you can also try encouraging in-guild trading so the members' purchases and sales support each other and your own guild. You can also encourage donating to the guild bank (either straight-up money or unwanted items that you could sell for profit and fund the guild house).

Usually, DLC-stations are more useful (Transmute stations for example) which allow all guild members to access DLC sets even if they don't have ESO (which is one of the main benefits of using stations from anywhere in the world from the convenience of housing), so I suggest prioritising going after those first. And then like, going after the most popular and most frequently used stations/stones/etc. But getting them all is a pretty far-off (and in my opinion, unnecessary) goal, so you'll need to dedicate quite a lot of your own money into filling up a full crafting house.

Get guild mates to pitch in by doing things like raffles or accepting donations.

Something you can do on your own contribution to speed things up is to do daily crafting writs on multiple characters that are maxed level crafting, as that increases the odds of getting a writ.

My trading guild who had all the attuned crafting stations did so by running a crafting writ contest and raffle for guildies. They offered raffle tickets in exchange for crafting writs and crafting mats, then the Guildmaster did all those writs and bought/attuned all the stations for the Guild house.
