Do I get Crowns if I preorder Blackwood dlc?

I'm an ESO Plus member. I simply forget if buying the latest expansion also adds Crowns to my account or not.

No, it doesn't. MinnesotaKid is correct.
There are many Preorder Perks but Crowns isn't one of them.

For Pre-purchasing Blackwood (either version) you get:

• Nagahide Welwa Ravager mount *
• Nightmare Bear Cub pet (if you pre-purchase before March 17) *
• Dremora Kynreeve Outfit
• Deadlands Wamasu Pet
• 1× Iron Atronach Crate
• 3× Blackwood Treasure Maps
• 2× Experience Scrolls

* those 2 are delivered immediately when you pre-purchase (they are already in the game), the other perks will be given when the Chapter actually launches.
