Spell Parasite
Did anyone try this out ?
I find it bizarre that it has this 0.25 sec. cooldown. It should work with light attacks well.
But if I have two dots on nearby enemies, dots proccing every second, it means it will only proc Spell Parasite just once a second, not twice, right ?
