Tune Down The Guards.

✭✭✭✭✭I eliminate the guards without problem without the need for proc sets. Just get a good spammable AoE and go to town on them. Takes less than a minute to clear a resource out solo if you're good enough.

✭✭✭✭✭How about during the proc test, you also tune down the guards! Seeing as they constantly hit you with abilities with no type of cooldown? Guards also contribute to poor performance.
You could try to stop being a baddy around them.
