The Adhazabi Aba-daro is a special ESO vendor that only appears on the weekend to offer a random selection of gold jewelry (2 from dungeons and two from zone items sets), two monster set helms or shoulders (pledge dungeons).

Light and heavy attacks?

Makes their attacks weaker. All mobs have set stats which can be effected by debuffs, just like players.

Vesture of Darloc Brae

(2 items) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery
(3 items) Adds 129 Stamina Recovery
(4 items) Reduces the radius you can be detected while Sneaking by 2 meters. Reduces the cost of Sneak by 10%.
(5 items) While crouching and not blocking, you restore 670 Magicka and Stamina and heal for 670 Health every second.

Vykosa
LEVEL 50 - CP 160
Type Monster Set

(1 item) Adds 4% Healing Taken
(2 items) When you Bash an enemy you've taunted, you frighten them with a deafening howl, applying Major Cowardice to them, lowering their Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 430 for 8 seconds. This effect can occur once every 16 seconds.

Nerien'eth
LEVEL 50 - CP 160
Type Monster Set

(1 item) Adds 129 Spell Damage
(2 items) When you deal direct damage, you have a 15% chance to summon a Lich crystal that explodes after 2 seconds, dealing 9393 Magic Damage to all enemies within 4 meters. This effect can occur once every 3 seconds.
