Thieves Den/ Outlaw refuge

Would it be at all possible to get a Thieves Den or Outlaw Refuge home.

I personally wouldn't care if it was a copy and paste somewhere of the Thieves Den or existing Outlaw Refuge

1. Allow it to have The Thieves Den Hidden Door

2. Allow atleast one other secret entrance/ exit

3. Allow Shadowy Supplier to be in home as well as Pirharri the smuggler that guilds or friends can use

4. Fence house guest

5. Can we have weapon furniture. Doesn't have to be usable just fixed weapon displays

6. A caged bank that's opens and closes for stolen loot.

I really want a place in Hew's Bane for my Redguard thief, so I'd take anything! I'd settle for the one room freebie being in the cistern instead of an inn, but you could also do a two roomer with a small courtyard like Velsa's villa. That would be perfect!

Thieve's Oasis in bangkorai. It is rumored that Stone Eagle Aerie has 3 exits one that exits into the outlaw refuge but its never been available for purchase.

Thieves Oasis doesn't have the Thieves Den or Outlaw Refuge aesthetic or ambiance.

And Stone Aerie is just a normal home that connects to a Refuge.


Looking for an actual Thieves Den/Outlaw
Refuge environment.

I agree. Would love something with a cool little secret entrance down a city alley.

I was thinking about this and thought it might be cool to do it in a city that doesn't have a Outlaws Den in it, and it could be like an abandoned den that you took over.

I've wished for one for years. I was briefly excited for Thieves Oasis only to be disappointed seeing it. It's nice, but it isn't what I was hoping for.

We need things like cisterns, sewers, ruins, caves, forgotten basements, hidden alleys etc, near or in cities.

Same, I've been hoping for years. Recently redid the Theives Guild and really wish a Thieves Den type home with its hidden door would become available.

Even if its copy and paste at this point

Also an undesirable home because the sandstorms we aren't allowed to pause make placing objects difficult.... especially at night. Plus the sand blows inside player made buildings.

So much potential, ruined by shoddy planning.

Maybe the upcoming ruin houses would suit your fancy? The Ayleid ruin one is a textbook example of a bandit hideout. Just add some planks and walkways.

Has been my thoughts. But I still want some more classic "underground" ones. Also in more varied sizes than massive notable.

Yeah! I got it because I love Hew's Bane and Yokudan architecture but that house really isn't too Thief-like.

They could create an underground system of caves/tunnels, it could appeal to different people not just thieves!
Thieves' Den, Mining Outpost, Crypts, Hidden Skooma Smuggling Route, Necromancer or Vampire Tunnels...

1. They did a 'hidden' door (or not-so-hidden-fireplace-door) in Bastion, and since the Thieves Den hidden door already exists, they could just copy-paste that! So I think this would be relatively simple.
2. There are already a couple of houses with several entrance/exits (Sleek Creek, Gardner, Amaya, Stone Eagle, etc), so it shuld be easy enough to do this! The entrance could be an abandoned house with a basement and a hidden door; and there could be an exit that leads up to a sewer cover in a hidden alley somewhere.
3.4. You can already place Pirharri as an Assistant, she just takes up a Special Collectible Slot. I don't think they will make a 'Fence' Houseguest when we already have a Fence Assistant (I know her services are limited compared to 'real' Fences, but I think it would be an overlap to create another.) We might get a proper Thief Houseguest though (technically Biro-Dar is a thief but yeah we may get one that looks the part and talks overtly about heists)!
5. Very frequent request, along with instrument. Surely they must add a bunch of weapon furnishings at SOME point...
6. This could be a 'special feature' of the house so not entirely impossible. Forgemaster's got a functional Smithing Station built in, and Potentate's got a Collectible crystal that could switch your house's crystals on and off... so they have some fancy tech to create interesting extras! They may decide to do that in other homes too.

tl;dr: I hope you get your wish OP, but I would temper expectations somewhat. Some things you list have been requested without success for years, and others may be too much to expect to include it all in a single house.
