I still love the dress, personally, and from what I’ve seen, many others feel the same, so I’m glad it was released. I do wish that it looked different while running (like the Alinor Dancing Dress at least), I figure I should only be promenading or dancing in such a dress anyway. If you regret your purchase since you weren’t able to preview running, you can probably get a refund if you submit a support ticket.

Oh, I'm sure many will indeed like the dress. Plus the grab your skirts thing might look good for running but what if you're fighting in it?
I did indeed submit a ticket. Nope, no offer of a refund
No matter. There are only two things I'm interested in doing in ESO: fashion and Cyrodiil. And after they announced that Cyrodiil was going into beta yet again, I canceled my Plus. No point in leaving the game with crowns on your account
Interesting and it matches my observations.Uff that looks awful. However, I don't see away around it - they're never going to add a custom running animation (i.e. hitching up the dress as shown below) and altering the appearance would probably upset the people who like the current look and already got the dress.

Did you do so from the website rather than in-game? I’ve always received great service going through the website and if you’re in the U.S., the text option is super fast!
That's what long dresses normally look like running though. It's terrible, but I'm not seeing the "comically bad glitch" that's specific to this dress.
