Overland sets pieces sources

It was a little annoying, but until the sticker system, not REALLY important. Now though, it is becoming a headache for collectors.

Per patch notes from 1T (I was unable to locate any newer notes on the subject, please link if anyone knows), overland sets drop as follows:

* Delve bosses will now drop a waist or feet set piece from the zone they are located in.
* Overland group bosses drop head, chest, legs, or weapon set piece from the zone they are located in.
* Public dungeon bosses drop a shoulder, hand, or weapon set piece from the zone they are located in.
* Many of these Bosses have a small chance to drop a uniquely-named item, instead of the expected set piece. This uniquely-named item is also a part of one of the sets of the zone they are located in, but may not adhere to the dropped slot guidelines above.
* Treasure Chests gained from defeating a Dark Anchor have a 100% chance to drop a ring or amulet set piece from the zone they are located in. (The above is also true of Unstable Anomalies found in Craglorn.)
* Treasure chests found in the world have a chance to grant any set piece that can drop in that zone.

... So what about the newer zones which do NOT have dolmens or even public dungeons?

Where do shoulders and hands drop in e.g. Murkmire or Clockwork City? (Besides daily quest rewards or chests, which can drop any piece.)

Also, does "weapons" for overland and public dungeon bosses mean that both types can drop any weapon (including shields, I assume), or are these also subdivided, e.g., overland drops staves but not 1h weapons, or public drops axes but not swords? At this time, I have about 2x more shields, bows and resto staves collected (~70% each) than any other weapon type (44% *highest*).

@ZOS_GinaBruno - can you please provide an update?

    "Weapons" means any weapon.

In Murkmire, you also get random set pieces from the reward boxes for the daily quests, which includes jewelry.

I assume the other zones with no public dungeons/dolmens are the same.

The "dolmens" in the new zones are the harrowstorms and geysers (EDIT: and dragons. Forgot the dragons). Shields are technically apparel but drop like weapons.

As for zones without dungeons, like Murkmire and The Reach, the arena is the dungeon and will drop overland sets up until the final boss.

Treasure and overland chest farming is the far more efficient way to farm set pieces. While doing the chest farms, hit up world bosses and hit up dolmen type locations.

Outside of buying cheap items on guild stores and Markarth/Skyrim dailies, I have nearly completed all overland sets just by chest farming and killing world bosses along the way.

Yeah, I specifically mentioned "other than chests/dailies".

Dragons don't seem to drop jewelry in the way dolmens do (a guaranteed piece drop), if at all, so no, dragons aren't. Same with harrowstorms in my experience. And some zones (Orsinium, Hew's Bane, Gold Coast, CWC) have, well, nothing matching dolmens at all (though dailies in CWC do drop a metric beepton of jewelry, definitely at the expense of what's supposed to be from PDs).

    Yeah, definitely seems that way...

I got every peice I need just from running dailies in new zones which takes like 15 to 20 minutes top. My wrothgar and western Skyrim collection is complete and now I am working on The Reach collection.

Unless you really enjoy farming and have tons of free times dailies is fastest way to complete your sticker book

It is more the /old/ zones. Completing Hew's and Gold Coast "extended" (all weights) sets with one daily per day that drops them is a PITA.

Hew's Bane is the tough one, with the off-weights that only drop from perfect heists.

For Sithis (Gold Coast), I had the Bequeather on multiple characters which helped a lot.
