Separate Vampire Lord Form

So separate the current VLF we have, and think of this new one I'm trying to propose. Some sort of like momento, skin or I don't know, even just a nothing ability that I can invest a skill point in, I really don't care - I just want to have a permanent Vampire Lord Form for RP purposes only! I don't need buffs! But something with wings that I can just stalk around the world would be fun.
You can already do it kind of with WW ( at least you have to feed to maintain it, or you have Hunter's Glade - which both are okay and kinda cool, still would be fun to roam around in the woods as a WW whenever though.. just to frolic like a good boi)

But with Vamps.. its only 20 seconds I mean, I barely get a good look at my Vampire Lord form before it goes away. I'm fine with them leaving this one as the actual skill, but I'd love to just be in the Vampire form and frolic... like a good bat boi
Also wings. Wings. WIngs.

Like with Hunter's Glade vampires have Bastion Sanguinaris that lets you stay in the form forever. Sadly we are not vampire Lords and the devs even went into the vampire tutorial and "fixed" the dialog on the quest objective to say Blood Scion instead of Vampire Lord. The devs made it very clear, despite all the disappointment, that we are just Lamae's little Vampire Lord mimics because she wanted her children to turn into monsters to.

Sadly instead of going out and making something cool the devs decided not to do that and instead threw a different skin on the Vampire Lord model, removed the wings, changed out the eyes, and then said "Look, it's different!"

They won't be changing it any time soon and the 20 second duration is for balancing reasons because that form actually has more power than werewolf. Still would like some way to extend it though, even if it means having it's pure offensive power getting reduced by a bit.
