Wrothgar Relic Hunter Achievement won't complete

I've been trying to go back through and complete all my achievements. The Wrothgar Relic Hunter one says I need to collect the Heart of Zandadunoz still. I have collecting it and placed in the museum several times, but it won't complete.

I sent a ticket about it, but of course after a week or so I haven't gotten a response.

Yah? This has been a problem for a long time. I doubt it's going to get fixed. I have one character with every piece but one, and I'm.... not bothering with it - because it's balls up and has been since I first started playing (June 2018)....

Response times have always been a bit slow and more so since the virus. Don't give up on getting a response. Also don't start a 2nd ticket as that just knocks you down the queue. When/if you get a response it will probably be generic so you will need to follow up.
