V.6.3.2 Don't change Fighting Finesse and Flawless Ritual!

Speaking from a dragonknights tank pespective, seeing as you've decided to reduce Major Endurance and Fortitude our sustain will suffer, not by a great margain but a decrease none the less. Fighting Finesse and Flawless ritual on the other hand would be utilized in a way for dragonknights to make use of the passive skill, combustion, in the Ardent tree. It's really quite worthless otherwise, proccing both the poison and burning status effect can only occur so often. And it's not a big return either, it's a meager 500 magicka and stamina. Now if any situation where you're facing of against a player or a boss without adds, the burning status effect can only occur at a 4 second interval, respectively a 6 second interval for the poison status effect. This is of course IF the procc chances were 100% all of the time. It is not, so it's more or less every 6-8 seconds instead. The combustion passive skill is wack, at least the Fighting Finesse would've finally given the poison status effect a chance to procc consistently, therefore not rendering that aspect of the combustion passive skill, worthless. Also dare I mention before any of you folks abruptly points at the Battle Roar passive, keep in mind that the CP slotted skill Strategic Reserve that most tanks will be utilizing is absolutely worthless for DK's. This is due to the nature of the Battle Roar passive skill, we don't reserve ultimate, we spend our ultimate since half of our resource return relies on that god forsaken passive. From a DK tank perspective please reconsider the abrupt changes to Fighting Finesse and Flawless Ritual.
